At Hutchinson Legal & Associates Limited, we provide legal and business support services for private clients and small to medium sized companies.
Originally founded in 2004, we are an innovative and responsive law firm based in North Bristol. Our clients recognise our efficiency, effectiveness, empathy and professionalism and our reputation has been built on the personal touch with the highest levels of client service.
We understand that when people require a lawyer they have generally been put at an inconvenience and so we will do our utmost to work around your schedule. We will visit at a time that suits you whether that means an evening or weekend and we always make ourselves available by telephone and email for any small query you have. What stands us apart from many law firms is our pride in charging most of the work we undertake on a fixed fee basis thus taking the burden of costs away from the client.

Our private clients usually contact us when their needs are most urgent or when an event in their life has shocked them into taking action. Whether you require a Will, Power of Attorney or even some asset protection advice, we are able to help you and provide the best solution to your query.
Because we deal with limited areas of specialism, you will receive the most current advice tailored specifically to your needs. We often work in conjunction with financial advisers, accountants and solicitors to provide our services to their clients.
Most of the work our private clients instruct us to undertake is done so for a fixed fee, agreed in advance, to ensure the client is comfortable with the fees which will be levied once all the work has been undertaken.

Our business clients range from sole traders right through to limited companies with over 50 employees and with multi million pound turnover.
Our business clients require advice from everything to choosing the right legal structure for the business through to providing all the documentation and contracts needed to run a successful business and to govern the relationships with customers and suppliers.
Through our network, we are able to offer bespoke accountancy and personal taxation / pension advice to the business owners and employees. Most of the work undertaken for our business clients is fixed fee, with all costs being agreed at the outset.
